Privacy notice

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), TAXPRO Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik (“TAXPRO”), as data controller, processes the personal data you share through the contact and proposal forms and the Üstad AI assistant on our website within the scope described below.

Personal data we process

Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email address, company name
Request details: the service you are interested in, the subject and the content of your message
Assistant messages: the questions and messages you type into the Üstad AI assistant
Transaction security data: the date, time and IP address of the form submission

Purposes of processing

Responding to your contact and proposal requests
Generating answers to the questions you ask the Üstad AI assistant
Preparing a proposal for the service you request and conducting pre-contractual discussions
Preventing misuse of the forms and ensuring information security

Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms and the Üstad AI assistant on our website. It is processed on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract (Article 5(2)(c) KVKK) and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5(2)(f) KVKK).

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, solely for the purposes above, with the providers of our email and hosting services and, where required by law, with authorised public institutions and organisations. Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

The Üstad AI assistant and transfers abroad

Messages you type into the Üstad AI assistant are sent to the servers of our AI service provider, Anthropic PBC, in the United States so that an answer can be generated; they are therefore transferred abroad. Your messages are not stored on our website’s server; to prevent misuse, we keep only a usage counter that does not identify you and is valid for one hour. Your chat history is kept only in your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.

Please do not type personal or confidential information, such as identity numbers, bank details, financial statements or health information, into the assistant. For requests involving such information, please contact our team directly.

Cookies and third-party content

Our website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics; the Üstad AI chat history is kept in your browser’s session storage, not in a cookie. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and, when displayed, is subject to Google’s privacy and cookie policies. Headlines in the legislation and news section of our Turkish site open on their sources’ websites.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to any outcome to your detriment that results from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
